* PHONE DRYING SERVICE POLICY

1. DEVICE CONDITION

The phone has been exposed to water. It may:
• Still function but contain moisture inside (e.g., in the camera or motherboard).
• Show partial issues such as screen problems, sound failure, unresponsive touch, overheating, random restarts, or failure to power on.

2. DRYING PROCESS

• Our technician will disassemble and dry the device using specialized equipment.
• Estimated time: 60–180 minutes.
• We will inform you of the service fee before starting.

3. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

• Water exposure may cause oxidation, corrosion, or internal component damage.
• After drying, hidden issues may appear at any time, even if the phone seems normal upon return.
• ⚠️ We do not provide warranty for the entire phone after drying.
• Only parts replaced by our store are covered under our warranty policy.

4. POST-DRYING INSPECTION

• After drying, we will test the entire device.
• If any damage is found, we will inform you of the issue, repair cost, and time required.
• Repairs will only be carried out with your approval.
• All parts replaced by our shop are covered by warranty.
