WATER DAMAGE INTAKE & HANDLING POLICY.

1. INTAKE CONDITIONS

Any device exposed to liquid is mandatory to be completely dried before any error testing can be performed.

  • Device Status: The device may still power on but contain internal moisture/water, or already exhibit faults (no sound, unresponsive touch, overheating, power failure, continuous boot loops, etc.).
  • Important Note: Drying is a cleaning and water removal process; it is NOT a repair. We cannot accurately determine if the device is dead or alive until the drying process is fully completed.

2. PROCESS & SERVICE FEE

  • Procedure: Technicians will disassemble the device, dry it using professional equipment, and clean any oxidation points.
  • Duration: 60 – 180 minutes.
  • Drying Service Fee: Quoted in advance. This fee is payable even if the device cannot be recovered (due to severe prior damage).

3. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

  • ⚠️ No Device Warranty: Due to the hidden corrosive nature of water damage, we DO NOT provide a warranty for the entire device after drying. Issues may reoccur at any time.
  • New Parts Warranty: Warranty covers ONLY the specific new parts replaced (e.g., Screen, Battery) according to our shop policy.

4. INSPECTION & FURTHER REPAIR

After drying, if hardware damage is detected, we will:

  1. Report the specific details of the fault.
  2. Provide a quote for the repair/replacement cost and estimated time.
  3. Proceed with repairs only with your consent.
