When using the repair service at the store, please note the following warranty terms:

1. Touchscreen Warranty for Screen Replacement and Repair Service 

  * The store provides a 15-DAY WARRANTY for the touchscreen after screen replacement or repair.
  * The warranty DOES NOT APPLY in the following cases:
    – The screen is broken or cracked due to impact or dropping.
    – The screen has horizontal lines, black spots, ink smudges, or display loss.
    – The screen flickers or has display errors due to external impact.
    – The screen has been exposed to water, chemicals, or discoloring substances.

2. Warranty for Motherboard Repair and Component Replacement

  * The store offers a 20-DAY WARRANTYfor motherboard repair and component replacement services.
  * The warranty DOES NOT APPLY in the following cases:
    – The phone develops issues beyond the originally notified repair scope.
    – The device has been technically interfered with by a third party or repaired by the customer.

3. Refund Policy and Repair Warranty

  * WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
   – The device must retain the store’s original warranty seal.
   – The warranty seal must not be torn, erased, or altered.
  * NO REFUNSD are provided for completed repair services.
  * If the repaired issue persists, the customer will receive FREE REPAIR WARRANTY SERVICE. Within the warranty scope.

4. Warranty Scope and Remote Warranty Refusal

  * The store ONLY PROVIDES IN-STORE WARRANTY SERVICE.
  * REMOTE OR THIRD-PARTY WARRANTY CLAIMS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
  * The store DOES NOT WARRANTY DEVICES OR COMPONENTS that have been exposed to water, chemicals, or other liquids.
